Upon arrival, the driver must fill out an order on the kiosk (1). After that, he moves with vehicle to parking (2), where is also the information boards.

Through that information board vehicles are called to the gate (3). Here are checked all the necessary materials to enter, and if everything is in order, the vehicle may be admitted to the grounds.

The vehicle moves to the filling space (4), where takes the desired product.

When is everything done, vehicle can move back to the entry gate (3), where the driver gets printed bill of loading and then can leave the grounds.

Cotas Control

Manages filling and communicates with the control units, measuring instruments and equipments e.g: MFX, PLC, Disomat, card readers etc..

Cotas Gate

It is usually located on the entry gate. It checks the correctness of details. It may contain modules for reading documents e.g.: ID cards, passports, but also fingerprints or car numbers.

Cotas Office is database application, which manages essential information for automate vehicle terminal performance - records data about customers, products, contracts, etc., collects measured data, prints cargo lists, tracks stock homestead. Cotas Office is also able to give daily or monthly overviews and information for accounting or product planning. The aim of this document is to familiarize the user with features and mastering of Cotas Office.
